To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take the opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for Christine Wright. As the Curriculum Manager at Catapult Learning, I have known Christine for approximately two years and feel that she is a deserving candidate for your employment opportunity.

Christine joined our company as Senior Graphic Artist and was tasked with supporting the sales and marketing department in creating the sales materials/collateral that explains our products and services. During the time of her employment, I was tasked with overseeing the development of an entire reading program for Yiddish speaking students.

Since I had never managed a project of these proportions and Christine did have experience in project management, she graciously offered her “spare time” support services to our department.

Very quickly she became an integral part of the Yiddish program development team. Apart from her normal job tasks, she provided essential support in setting up a successful project time line. She assumed the responsibility of communicating with our printing affiliate. She developed a system for kitting the ancillary materials we needed to support the core curriculum, and she developed a company-wide coding system for maintaining clear and concise records of all the company’s sales collateral as well as both old and newly published products.

I have always found Christine to be an effective communicator, coordinator, and collaborator who supported our departmental efforts to guide the Yiddish project (as well as other subsequent projects) quickly and effectively through to completion. In short, the curriculum department considered Christine a valuable member of our team as well as an excellent graphic artist.

Based on my experience with Christine and her skills and abilities, I have no doubt that she is eminently capable of succeeding in whatever endeavor she chooses to undertake and I will personally miss the support, expertise, diligence, sensitivity and pleasant collegiality she brought to the workplace.
